FULTRA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FULTRA”) is a Mexican commercial company with its registered office at Pabellón M | Avenida Constitución, Colonia Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León, C.P. 6400, telephone: 800-123-3312. FULTRA will be responsible for collecting the personal data provided by the owner of such data (hereinafter, the “Owner”), as well as for the use and protection of such data.
One of FULTRA’s main priorities is to respect the privacy of its clients, potential clients, and anyone who accesses the Website, while keeping the information and personal data it collects secure. (v) RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry);
(vi) CURP (Unique Population Registration Code).
Sensitive Personal Data
The information that FULTRA requires for billing and delivery of its professional services, whether through its own means, subsidiaries, and/or courier services, does not include sensitive personal data.
At FULTRA, the personal data that is collected, as well as the information that is requested, is stored in separate databases. The information must be accurate and complete. The client or user shall always be responsible for the data provided, and in no case shall FULTRA be responsible for the accuracy thereof.
COOKIES AND HOW THEY ARE USED
The Website may occasionally use cookies, which are small data files generated on your computer that can transmit technical information without providing references that allow personal data to be identified.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive at the request of the website. (IV) Send newsletters, emails, or any other messages via mobile phone, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
If you do not want your personal data to be used or processed for the secondary purposes indicated above, you have the right to express your refusal freely, in an informed manner, and expressly through the means that FULTRA makes available to you for this purpose. Your refusal in this regard will not affect your relationship with us, and we guarantee the protection of your rights in accordance with the law.
The Personal Data collected allows FULTRA to have all the necessary information to quote the requested services and contact clients or users when necessary to complete sales and service provision procedures.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
FULTRA complies with technological, physical, and administrative security measures to protect Personal Data and will endeavor to install any other additional technical means and measures at its disposal to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, availability, and proper use of Personal Data, preventing its loss, transmission, and unauthorized access.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and because security measures may be susceptible to violations due to issues beyond FULTRA’s control, FULTRA undertakes to inform the Owner in the event of any breaches of our security measures, so that the Owner can take the appropriate measures to defend their rights.
LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
In our program to notify you of offers and services via email, only FULTRA has access to the information collected through the Website. This type of advertising is conducted through promotional emails, which will only be sent to you and those contacts registered for this purpose. You can change this setting at any time.

ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION)
The Owner may at any time express their refusal to allow their Personal Data to be processed for any purpose not necessary to comply with the legal relationship between them and FULTRA, or at any time revoke the consent they have given for the processing of their Personal Data, limit the use or disclosure thereof, and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (“ARCO Rights”).
The Owner has the right to access, rectify, and cancel their personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent they have given to FULTRA for this purpose, by sending a request to the sales department via the email addresses mentioned in the section “Limitation of Use and Disclosure of Information” or by calling 800-123-3312, which has been specifically designated by FULTRA as responsible for the protection of Personal Data and who will provide the appropriate guidance to respond to the request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter, the “Request”).
Requirements for ARCO Rights Requests
The Request must contain and be accompanied by the following information:
(i) The name and address or email address of the Owner;
(ii) Documents proving the identity of the Owner (e.g., voter registration card or passport);
(iii) A clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which the Owner seeks to exercise any of the ARCO Rights;
(iv) Clear specification of whether the request is for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition;
(v) The reason for the request;
(vi) The modifications to be made if the request is for the rectification of personal data.
Response Timeline
Once the request has been made, FULTRA will notify you within 20 (twenty) calendar days of receiving the request of the decision made. If the request is granted, it will take effect within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the decision being communicated. FULTRA may extend the aforementioned deadlines on one occasion when the circumstances of the case warrant it.
TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
The Owner’s personal data will not be provided to third parties under any circumstances without prior authorization.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. The information collected by third parties, including location or contact details, is governed by their respective privacy policies.
The Website may contain links to websites outside of FULTRA owned by third parties, which have been placed there for the convenience of the Owner. The inclusion of any link on the Website does not imply acceptance or endorsement by FULTRA of the content of said website, nor does it represent any type of relationship between FULTRA and the owner of said website.
