“FULTRA” was founded in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
Acquisition of Navistar Dealer in Northeastern Mexico- SIERRA NORTE.
2013
Start of Idealease affiliate in Northeastern.
2014
Acquisition of Amparts-Promare in Mexico and Texas.
2016
Start of Truckmax for purchase-sale used trucks.
2017
SIERRA NORTE acquired the distribution of International Trucks in Mexico City and starts Idealease affiliate in this city.
2019
Acquisition of Fruehauf Mexico.
2022
Relaunch of the Fruehauf brand in the US, Bowling Green, Kentucky, consolidating their presence again in the American market.
2023
Acquisition EAST.
