Our Evolution

FULTRA is founded in Monterrey, Nuevo León, with the acquisition of an International truck dealership in the northeast of Mexico, launching SIERRA NORTE.

Idealease Noreste begins operations.

Acquisition of Amparts-Promare in Mexico and Texas.

Acquisition of an International truck dealership in the State of Mexico with SIERRA NORTE; Idealease operations begin in the State of Mexico.

Acquisition of Fruehauf Mexico.

Fruehauf returns to the United States.
